Property Management - Our Services

LEASE AGREEMENT
SERVICES INCLUDE:
• Marketing Set-Up
• Advertising
• Application and Credit Report Processing
(paid for by the prospective tenant),
• Employment/Income Verification
• Collection of all funds prior to occupancy
• Formulating lease agreement between Owner and Tenant
• Move-In Inspection form (protects owner and tenant with regard to security deposits)

OUR FEE: Equal to half of one months rent.
(paid from first months rent)
We pay ALL referral fees and advertising fees from these funds.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
SERVICES INCLUDE -
• Monthly collection of all funds due from tenant.
• Visual inspection of property twice monthly.
• Monthly phone contact
• Physical inspection of property every 6-8 weeks.
• Supervision of repairs/replacements
• Management of Tenant/Owner relations.
• Move out condition sheet regarding security deposit.
We also ensure that all service providers and/or services are paid for monthly.

OUR FEE: 10% of monthly rent.
